Bear Naked launched its first Premium Granola collection, featuring two indulgent flavors – White Chocolate Macadamia Nut and Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Butter. Boasting rich and creamy bites of melted fair-trade chocolate and nut butter, the premium granolas use an exclusive technique that creates a soft cookie-like texture.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut – This combination brings together creamy, melted fair-trade white chocolate and roasted macadamia nuts set off by cashew butter.

Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Butter – A pairing of fair-trade dark chocolate and hazelnut butter give an initial hit of nutty-sweetness, while whole grains and roasted Turkish hazelnuts provide satisfying crunch.

To celebrate the official launch, Bear Naked threw an exclusive Palentine’s Day launch party at a speakeasy in New York City’s Lower East Side. Joined by special guest Alison Roman, author of best-selling cook book “Dining In,” the event featured two unique pairings created by Alison: A chocolate-tahini tart with crunchy salt and topped with Bear Naked Dark Chocolate Hazelnut granola for added depth of flavor and texture; and a matcha cookie with Bear Naked’s White Chocolate Macadamia Nut granola folded in and rolled in demerara sugar before being baked.
